First drafts are often scary ;) But that's why they're called first drafts! I love writing a first draft as the pressure to be perfect is definitely off.
It may be a first draft but it certainly is a great group of lines filled with some emotion and some intrigue at the end there.
Sounds like an important point in the plot, where it all comes together or it all unravels. Looks like a good first draft to me.
I'm seriously impressed to read some of a first draft! And ooooh, money is the cause of many troubles.
